A floristic survey was undertaken to enumerate medicinal plants used in the north-Karnataka to treat kidney stone and urinary tract infections. The study revealed that 13 plants belonging to 10 families are extensively used as local remedies. These plants name, family and local name and the mode of intake and use are enumerated and discussed.
